Reporting to the Project Manager, you will ensure the successful documented delivery of our market leading catalogue. Supporting our stakeholders and customer needs with efficient and effective data management systems.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead engagement with cross-functional business stakeholders to understand their data requirements.
  • Scope, analyse, refine and deliver requirements to enable successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Convert business requirements into design solutions to transform raw data into meaningful insights and recommendation.
  • Developing documentation deliverables for the project including but not limited to User Stories, Current (As-Is) & Future (To-Be) State Process Maps, User Personas, Wireframes, Reports of the project outcomes & findings, As-Built Documentation, User Guides, Product SOP’s and Research & Analytics findings.
  • Create proposals & ensure work created is within the scope of the project deliverables.
  • Ensure User Stories are written with description & acceptance criteria prior to the Sprint Planning in which the work is to commence
  • Ensure delivery of initiatives is clearly communicated across the business and data information repositories are up to date

About You:

  • 5 years of experience supporting technology and/or data analytics.
  • Tertiary – University or Trade Qualification
  • Strong experience and understanding of the various streams under Data & Analytics, including Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics etc.
  • Understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive part structures
  • Ability to plan& manage multiple prioritises while meeting deadlines.
  • Constantly looking for opportunities to improve functions.
  • Analytical, organised and a high attention to detail.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable communicating and working with range of stakeholders within the business.
