The Role

We are looking for Business Analyst whose key drivers are solving problems and achieving demonstrable business outcomes. In a true consulting, client led and project based environment, your mandate will be to work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business problems, articulate objectives and success measures, and translate requirements into current/future state process maps and user stories that demonstrate realisable benefits.

Your role scope will include:

  • Leading workshops and interviews to conduct business process analysis
  • Writing business requirements or User Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the Solution Development Team
  • Providing analytic and data interpretation
  • Performing a diverse range of work throughout the project life cycle
  • Ensuring project outcomes remain aligned to strategic objectives

About you

With tertiary qualifications and ideally CBAP certification, you will be intrinsically curious and motivated by solving complex business problems and driving outcomes.

You will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, demonstrating exceptional critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
  • Clear idea articulation and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to explain complex and/or technical concepts to different audiences, from executives and business stakeholders to project managers and technical teams
  • Strong professional workshop presentation skills
  • Experience as a Business Analyst with highly developed critical thinking with practical skills in Lean Six Sigma and SQL, Database Management and Data Analysis & Visualisation
  • Experience facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements and translating findings into User Stories and Process Maps
  • Experience in Salesforce implementations, Data Analysis & Visualization, and/ or Intelligent Automation would be advantageous.
