This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with internal teams, third-party administrators, and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality migration outcomes. With exposure to complex data sets and end-to-end migration cycles, it’s an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on solving problems and making a tangible impact.
This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Perth, with occasional evening or weekend work required to support key migration milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to collect, validate, and manage migration data.

  • Configure and utilise migration tools to transform, analyse, and validate large data sets.

  • Identify data gaps, perform data cleansing, and ensure accuracy and completeness of migration data.

  • Manage migration test cycles, including producing data quality reports and coordinating UAT testing.

  • Support production deployments, including data uploads and live verification activities.

  • Develop and customise reporting and validation routines to ensure successful migration outcomes.

  • Contribute to stakeholder workshops and collaborate across teams to deliver migration projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex data.

  • Demonstrated experience working with asset data, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation in a migration context.

  • Experience within the WRAP platform industry and knowledge of superannuation and investment products.

  • Solid understanding of investment operations and processes.

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A collaborative, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
