ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and driven Brand Sales Manager to join our Marketplace/Wholesale team on a 12-month MAT leave contract. To enable our vision, you will be responsible for leading the wholesale brand strategy and commercial performance for an assigned brand, driving profitable growth across the wholesale/marketplace channel. To be successful you will partner with internal/external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional on-brand customer experience, curate compelling product ranges, and execute end-to-end product lifecycle management, using the company brand tools to create the wholesale collections. In addition, you will manage and develop a high-performing team that champions the brand, operates with strong commercial acumen, and delivers against the Group strategy. If you are customer obsessed and passionate about delivering amazing lifestyle products through dynamic sources, then this could be your new role.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE


  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Wholesale Manager/Brand Sales Manager role  
  • Experience working in Wholesale, Allocation, Merchandising or Planning role is ideal
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights that will inform decision making  
  • Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment  
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders  
  • Proven creative skill, with the ability to problem solve within a Visual Merchandising and Retail capacity  
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams and key stakeholders  
  • Proven planning, organisational and time management skills to adhere to timelines
