As Brand Manager, you'll execute the Retail Potato portfolio strategy, driving growth and ensuring brand success through effective planning, innovation, and communication.
Invent the Future

  • Own the portfolio strategy and convert it into actionable plans to drive growth.
  • Design an implementation & execution strategy that ensures achievement of Brand and portfolio KPI's
  • Translate market & consumer insights into commercial opportunities for brand growth.
  • Lead innovation projects, from product concepts to launch, working cross-functionally.


Drive Consumer & Customer Focus

  • Develop marketing campaigns to support portfolio and NPD launches.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to deliver best in class communications. agencies on packaging and materials.
  • Drive execution of plans via strong customer engagement & collaboration


Achieve Business Excellence

  • Measurement and reporting of Brand and Portfolio KPI's
  • Own & Manage the Brand P&L and A&P budget.


About you .
We're looking for a results-driven Brand Marketer with strong commercial acumen to drive growth and meet FY targets. You'll leverage your marketing expertise to shape and execute business, communication, and innovation strategies.

  • Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years in brand marketing (FMCG food preferred)
  • NPD & project management experience (FMCG food preferred)
  • Strong commercial, financial, and operational knowledge
  • Strategic and adaptable with a track record in fast-paced environments
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proven leader in cross-functional team management
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Circana/Nielsen
