As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Finance Manager Transformation, APACSA will be pivotal in modernizing our operations capabilities across McCain Foods.
Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation APACSA, the successful candidate will work with our Global Team on the transformation of our finance systems, driven by the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with McCain Foods' business objectives and sustainable growth. The role will work cross-functionally with the Global Team and their Regional Transformation Team to deliver the insights and operational excellence required to support our global digital transformation strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with our Global Team to implement the business transformation program.
  • For their region, lead requirements gathering, solution design activities, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Participate in business planning and strategy sessions as it relates to the transformation program.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Maintain governance structures to manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure the program stays within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate on change management efforts within the region, ensuring that the team is fully prepared and trained on the new systems.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback.
  • Partner with business process owners, digital technology teams, and external partners to define and validate processes and test scenarios.
  • Maintain a virtual team of regional subject matter experts that will engage with you and the program team representing the nuances of how work is done in your region.
  • The role could require international travel as necessitated.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities(matrix).
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Familiarity across all functions of the finance department; across record to report processes.

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a bias towards quality.
  • Proven communication skills with an ability to engage both executive-level management and operational teams effectively.

Please note this role may require flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different time zones (including North America).
