What you’ll do:
As part of the Marketing team this is your opportunity to be a big part of something big. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident leading a team, and is passionate about creating brand experiences that resonate. You'll bring energy, clarity and creativity to the table, helping elevate what's already in play and ensuring consistent execution across channels.
- Drive the implementation of our brand plans - ensuring activities land with impact and align with our strategic direction.
- Lead and support a small team of marketing specialists, while driving the delivery of effective, on-brand campaigns that strengthen our brand and promote our product suite
- Collaborate closely with growth marketing and marketing design to connect brand, creative and performance activity, identifying new opportunities to amplify our message and reach key audiences.
- Champion and protect the brand across all touch points, ensuring clarity and consistency in our visual identity, tone and positioning.
- Support the rollout and refinement of brand tools, guidelines and messaging frameworks to ensure a strong, unified presence across the business.
- Stay attuned to cultural and category trends, bringing fresh thinking to brand activity and identifying ways to evolve and grow our brand presence.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced and driven Brand Manager to join our team on a 12-month parental leave contract. In this role you will lead the execution of key brand initiatives and uncover new opportunities to extend our reach and impact.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Proven experience in a brand or marketing manager role
- A strategic thinker who is able to think critically and develop long-term brand strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to uphold brand standards and consistency
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative and inspiring team leader who brings out the best in others.
- Strong understanding of brand architecture principles and experience in brand portfolio management
