Join Our Finance Team as a Billing Analyst (Billing Administrator)
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about accuracy?
We are looking for a skilled Billing Administrator to join our Finance (Billing Support) team and play a key role in maintaining billing excellence across our organization.

About the Role:
As a Billing Administrator, you will be the backbone of our billing operations, creating invoices, investigating discrepancies, resolving complex billing issues, and ensuring our customers receive clear, accurate documentation. You will work alongside a high-impact team dedicated to elevating billing accuracy, customer trust, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate billing data and complete templates for generating invoices to the customers requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and complex issues across multiple products
  • Maintain accurate customer account information in our billing system
  • Process credit notes, reissue invoices, and manage ad hoc billing requests
  • Produce insightful monthly billing reports and analysis
  • Respond to billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with expert guidance and comprehensive documentation

What We are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or finance administration
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with ERP, billing, or customer management systems especially Workday and/or Salesforce
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel), and/or Google Office suite
