As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting the APAC region, primarily South Korea, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization. Beyond being a recruiter, you will be a change catalyst, a trusted advisor, a business steward, and a project manager all rolled into one.
Your passion for talent scouting, immense curiosity, exceptional listening skills, and resilience in the face of ambiguity will set you apart as a true partner to our leaders and candidates.

What you'll do

  • Be a Trusted Advisor and Partner: Provide expert advice on talent strategies and innovative recruitment approaches across the APAC region.

  • Become an Expert in Your Field:  Identify and recruit top-tier sales and healthcare candidates, manage comprehensive selection processes, and provide valuable industry and talent market insights.

  • Champion Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding hiring journey for leaders and candidates alike.

  • Promote our Culture: Embody and promote TELUS core values internally and externally.

  • Educate and Influence: Guide the leaders of your client group in adhering to Talent Acquisition best practices.

  • Navigate Ambiguity and Change: Provide guidance and support the business through evolving talent landscapes.

  • Master Analytics: Harness the power of data to inform strategies, ensure compliance, and drive improvements.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in large corporate environments, focusing on management, professional, and sales portfolios

  • Experience in recruiting healthcare roles or gained within companies operating in the healthcare sector will be considered a strong asset

  • Experience with health related roles will be considered an asset

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken); Mandarin is an asset

  • Experience in APAC recruitment, particularly in South Korea

  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environment
