THE OPPORTUNITY
Boeing Defence Australia are seeking an Aviation Technical Training Specialist to provide Avionics courseware development, and delivery of instructional activities at RAAF Base Edinburgh, SA.
As subject matter experts, Aviation Technical Training Specialists will be responsible for:
- P-8A Avionics Maintenance courseware delivery for ongoing sustainment activities and train the trainer coach/mentoring tasks for emerging P-8A fleet support.
- Analysing P-8A technical requirements in the design and development of new maintenance training solutions, working collaboratively with our P-8A Enterprise stakeholders.
- Ensuring P-8A courseware and curriculum meets Boeing Defence Australia training policy, Defence Learning requirements, and DASA mandated licensing and authorisation outcomes.
- Conducting learning review and continuous improvement tasks, ensuring accuracy and relevance of courseware.

- Instructor and Courseware Development skills
Essential Requirements:
- MEA40618 Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).
- P-8A or B737NG Type Certification with a B2 MAML or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Avionics Maintenance experience.
- Minimum NV1 Security Clearance
