Your role, your contribution

Working under the mentorship of a Wealth Partner, you will build the skills and experience to progress towards an Adviser role. You will be a key point of contact for client queries and support the advice process, with increasing autonomy and ownership of client relationships over time.  An overview of your day-to-day responsibilities follows:

  • Proactively communicate with clients and determine how Findex can best meet their needs
  • Assist your Advisers/Partners in providing strategic financial planning an/////d investment advice including, investment structures, estate planning, superannuation and retirement planning
  • Prepare pre-appointment work and participate in client meetings with Advisers/Partners
  • Ensure advice documents are compliant, in line with industry legislation, regulation, and Findex policies and procedures
  • Coordinate production of Advice documentation and support to prepare SOAs

What you bring to the role

  • FASEA approved degree
  • Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning qualified or equivalent
  • An interest in achieving or studying towards CFP
  • Proven experience in a similar role in Financial Planning
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload
  • The ability to work and thrive in a team environment
