Please note: This role services Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Grafton. We are open to candidates from across Australia and offer relocation support for those looking to move to Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour.

The territory typically involves:
- 3 days per week in Port Macquarie
- 2 days per week in Coffs Harbour
- Approximately 1 day per month in Grafton
While there is regular driving across the region, you'll benefit from a lower case load than many metropolitan-based roles, allowing more time to focus on surgeon support, learning and relationship building.
About the RoleThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex technologies and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments.
You'll work alongside experienced team members and leaders who are invested in your development while giving you the autonomy to take ownership of your growth and performance.
What You'll Do- Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
- Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery
- Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
- Partner with your Territory Manager to execute territory strategies
- Contribute to account planning and performance tracking
- Prepare for cases, manage instruments and coordinate set logistics
- Stay up to date with new technologies, techniques and industry developments
- Has a strong technical aptitude and learns quickly
- Can confidently explain complex concepts to others
- Enjoys planning, organising and executing structured activities
- Is motivated by growth, development and achieving results
- Builds strong relationships and influences effectively
- Is comfortable working in theatre environments
- Has experience in engineering, biomedical science, healthcare, technology or sales (highly regarded but not essential)
