Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Mid North Coast, NSWRelocation Opportunity Available – Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour

Ready to combine a rewarding career with an incredible coastal lifestyle?

At Stryker, we're driven to make healthcare better. We're looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Joint Replacement team supporting the Mid North Coast of NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong technical mindset who wants to build a long-term career in medical device sales while working with advanced technology, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery.

Please note: This role services Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour and Grafton. We are open to candidates from across Australia and offer relocation support for those looking to move to Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour.

Why Make the Move?

Imagine building your career while living on one of Australia's most beautiful coastlines.

Whether you choose Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour, you'll enjoy:

  • Stunning beaches and coastal walks
  • A relaxed lifestyle with less traffic and shorter commutes
  • Access to great cafés, restaurants and outdoor activities
  • A strong sense of community
  • The opportunity to advance your career without the demands of a major metro territory

The territory typically involves:

  • 3 days per week in Port Macquarie
  • 2 days per week in Coffs Harbour
  • Approximately 1 day per month in Grafton

While there is regular driving across the region, you'll benefit from a lower case load than many metropolitan-based roles, allowing more time to focus on surgeon support, learning and relationship building.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning complex technologies and applying that knowledge in real clinical environments.

You'll work alongside experienced team members and leaders who are invested in your development while giving you the autonomy to take ownership of your growth and performance.

What You'll Do
  • Support surgeons in theatre during joint replacement procedures
  • Learn and support advanced technologies, including Mako robotic-assisted surgery
  • Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
  • Partner with your Territory Manager to execute territory strategies
  • Contribute to account planning and performance tracking
  • Prepare for cases, manage instruments and coordinate set logistics
  • Stay up to date with new technologies, techniques and industry developments
Who We're Looking For
  • Has a strong technical aptitude and learns quickly
  • Can confidently explain complex concepts to others
  • Enjoys planning, organising and executing structured activities
  • Is motivated by growth, development and achieving results
  • Builds strong relationships and influences effectively
  • Is comfortable working in theatre environments
  • Has experience in engineering, biomedical science, healthcare, technology or sales (highly regarded but not essential)

  • Competitive base salary and incentive structure
  • Relocation assistance for interstate candidates
  • Generous paid parental leave
  • Wellbeing and Employee Assistance Program support
  • World-class training and development
  • Long-term career opportunities within Stryker Australia and globally

At Stryker, you'll be supported to build deep technical expertise, trusted to grow your capability, and empowered to make a real impact across the Mid North Coast healthcare community.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
