Associate Sales Representative - MedTech - Melbourne

At Stryker, our Orthopaedics team works with surgeons and healthcare professionals to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and transform patient outcomes. As an Associate Sales Representative, you'll learn the foundations of medical device sales while supporting live surgical procedures, developing clinical expertise, and building towards a long-term career in one of the world's leading healthcare companies.

What You Will Do
  • Support surgical cases in hospitals by preparing and providing Orthopaedic products during procedures.
  • Build relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, and healthcare professionals to support customer needs and drive territory growth.
  • Execute territory plans to increase product usage and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers.
  • Develop product expertise and deliver technical information to support clinical decision-making.
  • Maintain product availability and coordinate logistics to support scheduled surgical procedures.
  • Analyse territory performance and implement actions to increase market penetration.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to grow market share and expand customer engagement.
What You Will NeedRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, account management, retail leadership, hospitality sales, recruitment, or customer-facing commercial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent professional sales experience.
  • Valid Australian driver's licence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working towards sales targets, revenue goals, or commercial performance metrics.
  • Experience developing customer relationships and managing a defined territory or client portfolio.
  • Experience within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, technology, business services, recruitment, or other customer-focused industries.
