As an Associate Recruiter, you'll support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings, and collaborating with hiring managers in the APAC region.

What you'll do
Responsibilities will include:
- Devise sourcing strategies to build future pipeline of qualified candidates for roles in anticipation of future need
- Review inbound applications in Greenhouse and triage as appropriate
- Phone screen candidates and qualify against key requirements of the hiring team
- Partner with hiring managers and Recruiters to build pipeline of diverse candidates, helping increase diversity at both the Individual Contributor and Manager levels
- Achieving quarterly targets for number of sourced candidates interviewed and hired
- Identify and flag any issues with the search or ideal candidate profile to the Recruiter and hiring manager
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- Previous recruiting or market research experience
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
- Ability to work effectively in a highly team-based environment
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, and have strong organisational skills
- Knowledge or experience of Boolean searching or LinkedIn Recruiter advantageous
