With a global presence in over 30 countries, we're here to bring some excitement to the leisure and attractions industry and make a difference! Our mission is to help businesses operate smoothly and create fun and memorable guest experiences by providing seamless ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships and digital waiver processes.

But here's the best part: our team. We're a group of 300+ highly passionate, enthusiastic, and down-to-earth professionals located all around the world who are all working together to build something truly remarkable. We're aiming high and believe that the possibilities are endless. As we continue to grow globally, we're excited to write our success story and have fun along the way.

We genuinely love what we do, and we're looking for like-minded people to join us on this amazing journey. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team and make a real impact, come aboard, and let's create some unforgettable experiences together at ROLLER!

Why you'll enjoy this role
  • You will be mentored day to day by an experienced Product Manager, with a clear plan for growing
    into a PM role.
  • Ticketing is the heart of the ROLLER platform. Every guest journey starts here, so your work is
    felt immediately.
  • You will spend real time with customers and their guests, not just with a backlog.
  • You will learn alongside senior PMs, designers and engineers who are generous with their craft.

Why this role matters

The Ticketing Core squad owns the systems that let venues sell, manage and redeem tickets at scale,
from online checkout to the front gate. When ticketing works well, our customers have a great day; when
it does not, they feel it within minutes. This is a launchpad role: you will own scoped problems from your
first month, with the support and structure to grow into a Product Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of scoped features within the Ticketing Core roadmap.

  • Write clear problem statements, requirements and acceptance criteria engineers and designers can
    act on.

  • Break large initiatives into sensible increments and keep the squad's backlog prioritised.

  • Run discovery calls and customer interviews, and synthesise what you hear into usable insights.

  • Analyse product usage data to identify friction, validate assumptions and size opportunities.

  • Partner closely with design on flows, edge cases and usability testing.

  • Work with engineering through refinement, build and QA, unblocking decisions as they arise.

  • Manage releases: readiness checks, internal enablement, release notes and go-to-market.

  • Define and track success metrics for the features you ship, and report on them honestly.

  • Be a point of contact for support and customer success on ticketing questions and escalations.

  • Keep stakeholders across the business informed on what is coming, what changed and why.

About You
  • One to three years in a product, business analysis, operations, consulting or technical role.
  • Commercial acumen: you think about revenue, cost and customer impact, not just features.
  • A working understanding of the software development lifecycle and comfort working with engineers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can make a complex problem simple for other people.
  • Comfortable with data. You can interrogate a dashboard and reach a defensible answer.
  • A growth mindset: you seek feedback, act on it, and are honest about what you do not yet know.
  • AI fluency. You use AI tools to work faster and think better, and are curious where they fit in
    the product.

Perks!
  • You'll get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry! Check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (When we hit our goals each quarter, we take a well-earned day off together to relax, recharge, and celebrate our wins).
  • Engage in our 'Vibe Tribe' - led by our team members; you can contribute to company-wide initiatives directly. Regular events and social activities, fundraising & cause-related campaigns...you name it. We're willing to make it happen!
  • Team Member Assistance Program to proactively support our team's health and wellbeing - access to coaching, education modules, weekly webinars, and more.
  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary carers and 4 weeks paid Parental Leave for secondary carers.
  • Work with a driven, fun, and switched-on team that likes to raise the bar in all we do!
  • Individual learning & development budget plus genuine career growth opportunities as we continue to expand!

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
