Own scoped ticketing product features from discovery through release, including requirements, backlog prioritization, customer interviews, usage analysis, design collaboration, engineering coordination, release management, success metrics, and stakeholder communication. Serve as a support and customer success contact while developing toward a Product Manager role under experienced mentorship.

Build and operate secure, scalable full-stack software across APIs, integrations, payments, reporting, point of sale, checkout, and customer-facing interfaces. Own features from discovery and technical design through implementation, release, production support, and iteration. Troubleshoot issues and improve reliability, performance, observability, and maintainability while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Lead editorial and organic social strategy to drive awareness and commercial outcomes. Build an integrated editorial operating system, manage contributors and production, use AI and data to prioritize topics and formats, and align content to buyer journey stages alongside cross-functional marketing teams.

Lead end-to-end data migration projects: cleanse, map, validate, and import large datasets across CRMs, POS, and ticketing systems. Use advanced Excel (Power Query, macros, pivot tables) to prepare imports, collaborate with implementation, product, and engineering teams, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and document standardized data-handling processes and templates.
