About the role

Attend and actively participate in client meetings to support the Financial Advisers in the provision of a highly personal and compelling client experience

Arrange & coordinate documentation for client meetings

Oversee the preparation of annual review and new business plans including development of draft strategies, financial modelling, completion of fact find data and other inputs needed to complete advice instructions

Undertake insurance needs analysis and preparation of insurance quotes

Manage workflow to deliver to client needs. Maintain an understanding of operational processes for other teams including paraplanning and operations.

Monitor client accounts & team dashboards & maintain client records
About you
We’re looking for someone with:
Associate
-
Undertaking FASEA approved education pathway
Associate Financial Adviser
-
FASEA education requirements met
-
FASEA CPD requirements met for last 3 years (desirable)
-
FASEA Professional Year completed (if not currently authorised)
Experience requirements:
-
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience
-
Experience with Xplan desirable
-
Experience in a client facing role
-
Working knowledge of investments & advice strategies including, superannuation consolidation, retirement, personal insurance, structures, taxation, income streams & cash flow modelling.

Working knowledge of estate planning, philanthropy, aged care & debt management strategies desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Excellent relationship building skills
