About the Role (your why)

As the Associate Director of Microsoft Business Applications, your role will be pivotal in expanding our Dynamics 365 practice in Australia. You will be responsible for leading the development of the portfolio, focusing on strategy development, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience: Proven track record of leadership within the Microsoft Business Applications portfolio in a consulting or professional services environment. Minimum of 8 years of experience in delivering solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Microsoft Business Applications Expertise: Deep understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem with a particular focus on CE, the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. Experience with BC and/or Finance and Supply Chain Management is also highly beneficial.
  • Dynamics 365 Practice Development: Establish and lead the Dynamics 365 practice, including strategy formulation, development, and execution. Drive the growth of the practice by implementing best practices, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored Dynamics 365 solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Dynamics professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the Dynamics practice, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Oversee budgets, resources, and project timelines effectively, ensuring the delivery of solutions within scope and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to align technology solutions with business goals and strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Proven track record of leading Dynamics 365 practices in a consulting or technology environment. Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Dynamics Expertise: Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance & Operations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage performance, and drive results. Excellent people management and mentoring skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies for technology practices.
  • Client Focus: Exceptional client-facing skills with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
