About the Role

You will play a critical role in developing and executing channel strategies that drive the successful commercialization of our products with a focus on delivering innovative strategic partnerships across pharmacy, wholesaler and GP channels.

Your role will be varied and will include:

  • Ensuring that our products are effectively positioned and distributed through the most appropriate channels to maximize reach, engagement, and sales.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive channel strategies to support the launch and growth of GSK products.
  • Analysing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform channel strategy decisions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on channel performance, to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identifying and evaluating new channel opportunities, including digital, retail, and direct-to-consumer options.

About you?

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, deep understanding of various channels, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

You’ll also have:

  • Extensive senior leadership experience within channel strategy, marketing, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and market research.
  • Extensive Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
