About this role
As the Assistant Product Manager, you play a key role in maintaining our product portfolio by ensuring compliance, delivering our go to market strategy, and implementing product and pricing updates.
You deliver insights through analysis, lead change initiatives, and drive successful implementation, working closely with Product Managers to provide analytical support across delivery, implementation, competitor reviews, and compliance remediation to achieve strong outcomes for members, clients, and the business.
As a key contributor across the full product lifecycle, you will:
Lead product discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement
Translate customer and business needs into clear product plans
Partner closely with cross functional teams to build products that deliver on time and meet quality expectations
Navigate shifting priorities with ease while keeping stakeholders aligned
About you

Demonstrated experience in product management, with a track record of delivering end‑to‑end product outcomes
Strong organisation and time‑management skills, enabling you to balance multiple streams of work without dropping the detail
