Job Description

  • Provide scheduling services across diverse building projects especially support our Life sciences team.
  • Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
  • Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
  • Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
  • Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management.
  • Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program

Qualifications

  • Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
  • Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end construction processes.
  • Knowledge of Commissioning Qualification Verification (CQV) process on life sciences projects considered as highly desirable
  • Knowledge of operational shutdown planning on life sciences, process or mission critical projects considered as highly desirable
  • Experience in other elements of project controls – cost, risk etc. highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Australian Citizen
