Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse to join the management team in one of our Mental Health wards. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse ready to step into a key leadership role and grow, lead and inspire a dedicated team. This role will be permanent part-time working 60hrs/fortnight.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will support clinical leadership, patient flow, staff development, and the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care, while also assisting with the management of staffing and equipment resources.

Skills and Experience
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in an acute setting
- Clinical leadership experience or post graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated personal commitment to ongoing professional development
