Business Overview

The Real Estate team, of over 130+ Real Estate professionals, has deep industry knowledge and property sector expertise across the real estate investment market including funds management, development, asset management and leasing.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to support our growing Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality projects from planning through execution.

You will;

• Undertake comprehensive project preparation, research, and planning
• Support and adhere to strategies and targets set by Project Directors and Senior Development Managers.
• Assist in preparing, updating, and managing leasing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain formal documents, reports, and project records.
• Take meeting minutes and ensure effective filing of key documents.
• Maintain strong market knowledge and proactively share insights with the team.
• Assist to engage and manage construction contracts with builders and civil contractors
• Build and nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Submit, track, and manage development and authority applications.

Your Background and Experience

You bring proven experience in Property Development, Project Delivery, Planning, Design Management, or Valuation. You have tertiary qualifications in development, property, real estate, finance, or a related discipline. 

Importantly you thrive in a fast environment, you can pick up things quickly and you are able to manage multiple pieces of work.

To be successful you also possess strong communication and organisational skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
