This role is unique in the organisation as it offers breadth of exposure across all pillars of the Business Strategy - Growth, Execution, Culture & Sustainability. Enterprise Strategy, Portfolio & Growth Analytics team reports to the President of the Business Unit which also provides a unique opportunity to influence key stakeholders & drive strategic outcomes for the business.

How you will contribute
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Growth Analytics, you will;
- Work with cross functional experts and JANZ (Japan, AU, NZ) Leadership team to develop and govern business strategy.
- Collaborate, consolidate, and synthesize inputs for management reviews and decision making.
- Facilitate and develop materials for our Business Units annual contracts and strategic plans with Global / Regional leadership.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and internal data to identify growth opportunities for expansion.
- Review and evaluate acquisitions & other strategic expansion opportunities.
About You
- Previous experience working as a consultant with demonstrated ability to create frameworks
- Proficient in synthesizing data (Nielsen, internal)
- Highly visual with clear & compelling story telling ability
- Commercial/ financial acumen
- Experience working across large FMCG business models
- Openness and comfortability in ambiguity; you will want to learn & grow
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, or marketing
