AR Network Development Manager
This is a start up role, to establish a new AR channel with the support of an established and successful brokerage. Beyond establishment you will contribution to the growth and success of the AR Network by recruiting and supporting new authorised representatives and managing existing relationships. You will also contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the program.
Roles and Responsibilities
Design, Infrastructure, Procedures and Compliance
- Design and develop the operating structure of the Group.
Develop AR offering including rates and deliverables
Create a procedural framework for with AR's operate with
Develop a stringent compliance regime to protect the AFSL
Market Research and Prospecting
- Conduct market research to identify potential ARs.
Develop a database of prospective ARs and maintain regular contact.
AR Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and target potential ARs through various channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing ARs.
Strategic Planning and Implementation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
Identify opportunities for new campaigns and distribution channels.
Regularly meet with senior management to discuss new opportunities, program development, and market forces.
Provide feedback to senior management regarding outcomes of existing AR discussions
Collaborate with senior management to align growth strategies with company goals.
Onboarding and Training
Work closely with internal teams and new ARs to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- Assist with training and support of new ARs to ensure they understand systems and processes.
- Manage the relationship with the AR during the migration period
