Our experienced senior team have backgrounds in global investment banking and are based across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our Melbourne team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Analyst to join 333 Capital, working alongside a highly experienced senior team across all stages of the transaction lifecycle. The role offers direct client exposure from the outset and the opportunity to contribute to high impact deals.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the team with:

• Transaction execution
• Financial modelling
• Valuation analysis and market research
• Due diligence coordination and management
• Preparation of reports, presentations and sell-side transaction materials
• Analysis of business models, sectors and strategic positioning

Candidates will preferably have up to two years’ experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or another corporate finance related area within a professional services firm.

Required skills include:

• Strong financial analysis, valuation and research skills
• Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinking, initiative and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field
