Lead design and oversight of data, analytics and AI solutions across client engagements. Translate business problems into pragmatic data-driven solutions, define requirements, map processes and data flows, advise on governance and architecture, produce client-facing artefacts, and mentor junior team members to deliver actionable insights and AI-enabled outcomes.

Support financial administration of client engagements: process payments and receipts, perform reconciliations, maintain cashbooks and records, assist with BAS/ASIC reporting, manage client bank accounts, liaise with banks, and respond to stakeholder queries while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Manage the electronic records lifecycle across Teams, SharePoint and network drives: audit, retain, archive, and destroy records; support engagement closures; prepare reporting; resolve access and system issues; and drive records management process improvements and centralisation.

Provide legal support on contracts, compliance, governance, and transactions. Assist in risk management and improvement of legal processes.

Manage Quality Assurance for AML/CTF operational services, ensuring analysts follow client processes and standards. Lead and develop QA framework and analysts, deliver training and quality insights, drive process and control improvements, partner with clients and stakeholders on risk management, and provide reporting, governance oversight and business development support.

Lead AML/CTF and sanctions operations across client engagements, manage and develop an analyst team, ensure regulatory compliance, act as escalation point, build client relationships and support business growth.

Lead enterprise and solution architecture engagements across application, integration, data and security domains. Define target-state architectures, roadmaps and governance; advise executives on technology strategy and investments; run discovery workshops; evaluate emerging technologies; provide architecture assurance across large transformation programs and build client relationships while supporting practice growth and mentoring.

Write and edit client-facing marketing and business development collateral (brochures, flyers, capability statements), translating complex subject matter into clear copy. Manage end-to-end review and production processes, meet tight print and production deadlines, collaborate with design and senior stakeholders, and support proposal drafting and administrative tasks during high-demand periods.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior partners including diary management, meeting coordination, travel and event organisation, preparing presentations and reports, handling communications, assisting with invoicing/WIP/CRM updates, and general office administration across interstate teams.

Perform quality checks across AML/CTF activities (KYC, TM, ECDD), analyse QA data, identify process improvements, coach analysts, assist remediation, and support stakeholder reporting and training.
