What You Will Get To Do:

The Analyst, Workplace Client Services, is responsible for the continuous management and oversight of a portfolio of complex employer plans and clients, while effectively and securely delivering data and business solutions that support the needs of clients and Fund members.

  • Support the Leader/Manager in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of initiatives that enhance the integrity and accuracy of employer and member data and payments across multiple products, platforms, and databases

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of complex employer plans and clients, ensuring high-quality service and compliance

  • Analyse complex data scenarios, conduct root cause investigations, and drive timely resolution

  • Perform data cleansing and reconciliation in accordance with governance and quality standards

  • Coordinate and implement change and improvement initiatives to uplift data quality and plan maintenance, collaborating with key stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Client Relationships, and Product

  • Proactively contribute to the development and execution of the Data Integrity framework and ongoing operating rhythm

  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy while working effectively in team environments

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and prioritise tasks in line with key deliverables and business plans

  • Apply a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in an analytical or operations role within the superannuation industry

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with system registries, interfaces, platforms, and financial data flows

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with defined benefit superannuation funds (mandatory)

  • Solid knowledge of superannuation rules and regulations (mandatory)

  • Familiarity with ATO SuperStream Data Standards (preferred)

  • In-depth understanding of superannuation administration processes (mandatory)

  • Comprehensive knowledge of defined benefit fund structures and calculations (mandatory)
