We are seeking an Analyst to join our high-performing National Logistics & Industrial Capital Markets team in Melbourne.
This is a rare opportunity to work on major industrial transactions within one of Australia’s fastest-growing commercial real estate sectors. You will contribute to high-profile sales campaigns, support capital transaction processes and work alongside market-leading professionals across brokerage, research, valuations and marketing.
As an Analyst, you will provide the analytical support, market intelligence and insights that underpin successful transactions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial models, including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting

  • Develop high-quality investor and marketing materials, including information memorandums, pitch decks and campaign collateral

  • Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data

  • Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management

  • Maintain transaction, property and investor databases

  • Provide market insights and analysis to support client engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery

About You
  • Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline

  • Approximately 2–4 years’ experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or an institutional investment environment

  • Strong Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial property

  • Experience using Forbury or a similar property cash-flow modelling platform is highly regarded

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exposure to industrial property or valuations is highly regarded
