Your New Role

Join the Middle Office Operations team on a 12-month max-term contract and support the accurate processing and recording of investment transactions across internally managed portfolios. This role helps maintain the systems, processes and reporting required to support the Fund’s investment book of record, while contributing to operational, compliance and risk management activities.


In This Role, You Will:

  • Monitor and manage daily trade lifecycle events across a range of asset classes.
  • Support accurate trade capture, processing and settlement activity.
  • Help maintain systems, processes and reporting that support the investment book of record.
  • Support transition activity by ensuring portfolio management and other systems are accurately updated.
  • Resolve operational queries in a timely manner and escalate where appropriate.
  • Contribute to regulatory, compliance and risk management obligations, including key controls, audits and documented procedures.

What You’ll Need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a middle office environment.
  • Previous experience within a buy-side fund manager or pension fund environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Experience with Aladdin & Calypso
