Our Legal & Tax teams work with the business and our investors to provide support on our global products and services, and the markets in which we operate.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior lawyer or recent law graduate to join our Governance team.

The role will be key in the continuous improvement of governance practices through implementing process improvements, contributing to the digitisation and optimisation of workflows, with a focus on leveraging technology to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality outcome.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced governance professionals in Australia, gaining exposure to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organisational processes. 

Your Background and Experience

  • Recently completed a Law degree or are a junior lawyer early in your career. 
  • Strong interest in corporate governance and regulatory compliance. 
  • Passionate about process improvement, technology, and operational excellence.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

The role will suit a junior lawyer or recent law graduate with a strong interest in a career in governance.
