About the Role
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects by transforming data into meaningful insights. This is an excellent entry point into healthcare consulting, offering hands-on exposure to real client challenges and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing client requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions
- Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and deliverables
- Collaborate with consultants and project leads to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations within established frameworks
- Contribute to solving real-world business challenges in the life sciences sector
- Assist in developing clear, visually engaging presentations tailored to client needs
- Help structure insights into compelling narratives for internal and client audiences
- Build your knowledge of market research techniques, and healthcare industry dynamics
- Actively participate in formal training and on-the-job learning opportunities
- Work under the guidance of experienced consultants and leaders to accelerate your development
About You
You’re a motivated early-career professional with a passion for analytics, problem-solving, and healthcare.
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 1–3 years’ experience in market research, analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
You may also have:
- Basic understanding of consulting frameworks, business processes, and market dynamics
- Interest in pharmaceutical, medtech, or healthcare industries
