As an Analyst, you will play a key role in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy for leading pharmaceutical brands

About the Role

As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects by transforming data into meaningful insights. This is an excellent entry point into healthcare consulting, offering hands-on exposure to real client challenges and structured learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analysing client requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, reports, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with consultants and project leads to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations within established frameworks
  • Contribute to solving real-world business challenges in the life sciences sector
  • Assist in developing clear, visually engaging presentations tailored to client needs
  • Help structure insights into compelling narratives for internal and client audiences
  • Build your knowledge of market research techniques, and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Actively participate in formal training and on-the-job learning opportunities
  • Work under the guidance of experienced consultants and leaders to accelerate your development

About You

You’re a motivated early-career professional with a passion for analytics, problem-solving, and healthcare.

Required skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in market research, analytics, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

You may also have:

  • Basic understanding of consulting frameworks, business processes, and market dynamics
  • Interest in pharmaceutical, medtech, or healthcare industries
