Profile Requirements:

• Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience developing AI or machine learning solutions, preferably in tech or wellness-focused industries.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or JavaScript, and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
• Familiarity with computer vision, facial recognition technologies, NLP, or predictive modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying AI at scale.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data security standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Core responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models tailored for tech applications (e.g., facial recognition, executive dashboards) and wellness-focused platforms.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications, platforms, and business systems.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation algorithms.
• Analyze and process large datasets to extract insights, improve model accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical requirements.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.
• Conduct testing, validation, and debugging of AI algorithms and workflows.
• Maintain and document code, processes, models, and AI workflows for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Research and apply emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance company capabilities.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Support the development of wellness-focused applications by applying AI to behavioral data, mental wellness assessments, and personalized recommendation systems.
