Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 years experience in automation, AI workflows, software development, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar LLMs
- Experience building AI agents, prompts, and workflow automations
- Experience using tools such as:
- n8n
- Zapier
- Make.com
- LangChain
- Retool
- Airtable
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Basic to intermediate programming capability in Python or JavaScript
Core responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and automation systems
- Develop AI agents and process automations using Claude, OpenAI, and related platforms
- Build integrations between AI systems and third-party platforms via APIs
- Assist in implementing retrieval systems, prompt frameworks, and AI-assisted workflows
- Analyse operational processes and identify automation opportunities
- Streamline repetitive tasks using AI and workflow automation tools
- Improve efficiency, reporting, and operational scalability through automation initiatives
- Support departments with AI enablement and workflow optimisation
- Integrate AI tools into CRMs, project management systems, communication tools, and internal platforms
- Assist with AI testing, troubleshooting, optimisation, and monitoring
- Maintain documentation for AI workflows, prompts, and automation logic
