What you will do:
- Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates in the Thailand market across social media, streaming platforms and other traffic channels
- Build and manage relationships with Thai-speaking partners, acting as the main point of contact for daily communication and support
- Assist in launching and scaling the Thailand affiliate program from day one
- Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize traffic quality, conversions and ROI
- Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximise growth and profitability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local user behavior in Thailand
- Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of partner quality to protect brand integrity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
- Support other Southeast Asian markets, such as the Philippines, when required to balance team workload
What you will bring:
- Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written
- 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or similar roles
- Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Understanding of Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand
Bonus points if you also have:
- Familiarity with streaming platforms, social media traffic or performance marketing channels
- Experience using tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis
- Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries is a plus
