Job DescriptionAs a team member, you will be at the heart of our administrative operations ensuring seamless coordination and support within our private Accident & Emergency department. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with staff, customers and the general public.

Your Key Skills and Experience
- Due to the 24/7 operational nature of the Emergency Department, employees must demonstrate flexibility in their availability and work arrangements.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and maintain high standards of quality in all tasks.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivery outstanding customer care.
- High-level time management and organisational skills for seamless workflow.
- Possess knowledge of medical terminology, a valuable asset for this role
- Bring a professional and personable disposition, creating positive interactions.
- Display a willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts effortlessly.
Advantageous skills:
- Familiarity with Meditech software provides an edge
- Experience with Medical Director/Blue chip and Tyro is desirable
- Previous experience in a hospital/medical environment.
