Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a highly motivated team, we are excited to be recruiting for this role that will be responsible for;
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Support the Financial Controller in delivering high-quality financial reporting and insights to drive business decisions
- Oversee and monitor offshore Shared Services (AP, AR, and Financial Reporting teams)
- Manage month-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and reporting deliverables
- Coordinate external audit processes and manage relationships with auditors
- Ensure compliance through execution and oversight of SOX controls, identifying opportunities to strengthen governance and streamline processes
- Oversee tax compliance activities including BAS, income tax reporting, and transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with regional tax teams
- Partner with HR to ensure payroll processes are effectively managed and compliant
- Lead credit management activities, including monitoring debt, managing complex accounts, and ensuring DSO targets are achieved
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global stakeholders to support financial performance, growth, and profitability

Ideal candidate
You’re a commercially astute and detail-oriented finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment. You bring a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement mindset. Key skills and experience include:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA qualification preferred
- Demonstrated experience in financial accounting, reporting, and analysis within a complex organisation
- Proven experience managing or overseeing teams, including shared service environments
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal/external reporting requirements
- Experience with SOX controls and governance frameworks (highly regarded)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and exposure to reporting and planning tools such as OneStream or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in financial data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across local and global teams
