Profile Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting support
- Familiarity with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Core responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling & Pro Forma Development
- Review, modify, and enhance existing pro forma financial templates
- Ensure models are accurate, flexible, and aligned with business assumptions
- Support scenario analysis and financial forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in the general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced
- Support payroll processing and related statutory obligations
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end close
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with external auditors/accountants as needed
