We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team based in Browns Plains, QLD.

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities throughout your territory.

Working closely with our branch and sales teams, you'll become a trusted partner to customers, helping them find solutions that support their businesses and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and drive profitable growth
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory
  • Conduct regular customer visits and account reviews
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Promote Truckline's extensive range of truck and trailer parts and services
  • Collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity through CRM systems
  • Monitor market activity and identify opportunities to grow market share

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Account Management, Business Development or B2B Sales
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • The ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • A current driver's licence

Highly Regarded

  • Automotive, truck, transport, industrial or heavy vehicle industry experience
  • Parts, equipment or trade-related sales experience
  • Knowledge of the Queensland transport, logistics or heavy vehicle market
