About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for Account Managers to join the Commercial & Industrial team. 

As an Account Manager, you'll build and strengthen relationships with our existing customers and partners, helping deliver great outcomes while identifying opportunities for growth. Working closely with customers, you'll develop an understanding of their needs, ensure a high level of service, and position Bluecurrent as a trusted and responsive partner.  

What success looks like in this role 

  • Strong relationships are built and maintained with customers and partners, supporting long-term engagement and retention.  
  • Customers receive a high level of service, creating positive experiences and strong satisfaction outcomes.  
  • Opportunities to grow existing accounts are identified and converted into meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll bring 

This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager who enjoys building long-term relationships, creating value through customer partnerships, and delivering commercial outcomes in a collaborative environment.  You will ideally bring: 

  • Experience in B2B account management, customer relationship management or service-based environments 
  • Experience working with brokers, intermediaries or partner-led channels preferred 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders.  
  • A customer-focused mindset, delivering exceptional service and strengthening long-term partnerships 
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing relationships.  
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.  
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer activity or pipeline management tools.
