About you:

As an Account Manager in our Recruitment OS Division, you’ll drive team success by supporting existing customers and contributing to revenue growth. You’ll deliver excellent customer experience while managing upsells, cross-sells and annual renewals, maximizing both customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Proactively engage with customers, understand their challenges or barriers to growth, identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell relevant products to deliver solutions to drive their businesses forward.
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of clients, guiding them through their journey with Access Recruitment OS, collaborating closely with Customer Success to nurture and uphold robust relationships and optimize their annual renewal process.
  • Be able to discuss/demonstrate the value proposition for each offer, with a sound knowledge of the full range of our Products & Services.
  • Hit/exceed sales targets through strong prioritization, pipeline management and accurate forecasting.

Your skills and experiences might also include:  

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working within the Recruitment industry
  • The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a wider team.
  • Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
  • System Knowledge – CRM (Salesforce preferred); LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.
