We are on the lookout for an account manager to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction. This role oversees a portfolio of key accounts and works closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and maximize sales opportunities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to account management.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests.
Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify new opportunities, and address any concerns.
Account Growth and Revenue Generation
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and meet sales targets
Strategic Account Planning
Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and offerings to meet the unique needs of each client.
Forecasting and Reporting
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on account performance to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
Issue Resolution and Client Support
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded at all times.
Required Skills
Proven experience in media sales, account management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
