Job Description

What you’ll do  

  • Act as the main point of contact for your national portfolio of dealer clients, meeting with them regularly to ensure program compliance and service agreements are upheld.
  • Create and implement solutions that foster strong relationships with business owners and team members, collaborating with partners through meetings and reporting to promote best practices.
  • Show a solid understanding and motivation in maintaining our partner network's performance standards, while continuously refining operational processes to maximise success. 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for 

  • Demonstrated understanding, motivation, and expertise in Account Management. 
  • Proven experience in sales or performance management, with a strong record of achieving KPIs, preferably in an Account Management capacity.  
  • Positive and articulate communicator, both written and verbal, skilled at cultivating sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and adept at delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. 
  • Proven ability to address and resolve issues efficiently through to completion. 
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership operations is considered advantageous.
