We are offering the opportunity to step into an Account Manager role within our Service Delivery team on a 6-month secondment based out of our Moorabbin office. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the team, broaden your experience, and build capabilities that will support your long-term career development at efm.


Requirements

As an Account Manager, you will be required to:

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers across multiple levels.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure clear communication around projects and timelines.
  • Provide operational support, including maintaining an on-site presence when required.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities by applying customer, market, and commercial insights.
  • Deliver a "no better" customer experience that contributes to ongoing improvements in NPS results.
  • Support account retention and growth by delivering the best logistics experience across all aspects of the supply chain.
  • Prepare insightful, value-added reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiency.
