We are offering the opportunity to step into an Account Manager role within our Service Delivery team on a 6-month secondment based out of our Moorabbin office. Requirements
As an Account Manager, you will be required to:
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers across multiple levels.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure clear communication around projects and timelines.
- Provide operational support, including maintaining an on-site presence when required.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities by applying customer, market, and commercial insights.
- Deliver a "no better" customer experience that contributes to ongoing improvements in NPS results.
- Support account retention and growth by delivering the best logistics experience across all aspects of the supply chain.
- Prepare insightful, value-added reports and analysis on solution performance and opportunities for greater efficiency.

- Deep understanding of commercial drivers of business
- Proven analysis, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
