Job Summary 

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery to final negotiation. This is a high-impact position designed for a closer who thrives on hitting targets and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure consistent quarterly goal attainment.
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their pain points and position our solutions effectively.
  • Drive the negotiation process and navigate complex decision-making units to secure signatures.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and refine the sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts within the CRM.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, specifically within a closing role.
  • Strong closing skills with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to track progress.
  • High level of resilience, self-motivation, and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling in the SaaS or Technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with modern outbound sales tools and automation platforms.
  • Experience selling into enterprise-level accounts.
