Due to the ongoing growth of our business in Australia we are looking for an Account Executive to join our fast growing team.

The Account Executive is responsible for building strategic client relationships within the Victorian Government. Individuals who excel at this job have mastered the art of strategic selling by building strong relationships at CxO level throughout complex organizations. This sales role is viewed as an expert by the company and the field, having broad expertise or unique knowledge of value selling techniques.

AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE YOU WILL:
  • Open opportunities within prospect accounts, running sale cycles from identification, to close, to implementation & identification of future opportunities

  • Retain and grow revenue in a small number of existing accounts

  • Build and develop strategic, deep relationships with your stakeholders

  • Create and execute strategies that increase stickiness and optimize ROI for customers

  • Lead a virtual team of technical resources to achieve success

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:
  • At least 5 years of senior sales experience

  • A track record of identifying, managing and closing complex deals within Victorian Government accounts

  • A proven track record in strategic selling

  • Superb relationship skills underpinned by superior communication skills

  • Exceptional account planning and sales execution skills

  • A growth mindset and pro-active style

  • A passion for building and leveraging winning teams
