Position Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager II to help drive Netwrix's growth across the ANZ region. Based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, this role combines strategic account leadership with hands-on sales execution — owning key customer relationships, driving enterprise deals, and contributing to the broader regional sales strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the ANZ region aligned with global business goals
  • Lead, coach, and scale a regional sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
  • Forecast sales performance, set KPIs, and report on regional sales metrics to executive leadership
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting the ANZ region
  • Drive enterprise-level deals and oversee contract negotiations and closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with all regional legal and ethical standards in sales activities


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a similar sales leadership role, ideally within enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and managing enterprise-level deals from prospecting through close
  • Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a sales team is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including regulatory and competitive landscape
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Willingness to travel within the ANZ region as needed
