Role title: Account Coordinator, Global Content Marketing & Creative 

Purpose: Provide project support to the Global Content Marketing & Creative team on a required basis. 

Key tasks may include: 

• Assist with coordination within the publications project; including supporting the process for Industry Logos.

• Provide support to production and stakeholder coordination for the Alumni profiles project on Building 22. 

• Act as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and creatives within the Global Content Marketing and Creative team as required. 

• Additional duties as required. 

Skills and experience: 

• Experience with creative and practical solutions for Marketing production requests. 

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience on or within a Marketing campaign or creative project. 

• Ability to manage multiple processes, projects or tasks autonomously. 

• Excellent time management skills. 

Reporting Line: 

Reports to Account Manager, Global Content Marketing & Creative. 

Engagement Type: 

This role is engaged on a casual, as-required basis. There is no guarantee of ongoing or regular work. Hours will vary based on operational requirements.  

Qualifications: 

Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, business, communications, media or a related field.
