Provides administrative support to project teams, including project setup, document control, communications, deliverable tracking, procurement, logistics, inventory traceability, shipment coordination, and invoicing. Maintains accurate project records and ensures documentation, billing inputs, customer portal submissions, and stakeholder responses are properly managed. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or ERP software is preferred.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support project teams and different departments with administrative activities.
- Create new projects and records, ensuring the necessary inputs for validation, setting up planning, billing terms, and customer portal administration for different requirements.
- Maintain document control of projects, records any documentation provided by project teams, and ensure all inputs and outputs are saved and traceable.
- Support project communications, correspondences, and information flow; submit deliverables, maintain project records and registers, and track stakeholder responses.
- Manage procurement and logistics activities, including vendor setup, purchase requisitions, order processing, inventory traceability, shipment coordination, and delivery documentation.
- Support with invoice preparation, submittal through customer portals, and additional invoicing activities as needed.
- Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in a project management support, Admin, or related role.
- Knowledge of project management support skills, related terminology, procurement, and document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Background check results are satisfactory to SEL.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, or other project management and ERP software.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams).
