Globally, we hold leadership positions across all major financial markets.
The J.P. Morgan Markets Sales Case Competition ("JPMMSCC") puts you right in the middle of the action. JPMMSCC offers students a fun, interactive and professional learning experience whilst getting a unique first-hand experience of the firm's culture. Through a hypothetical case study, you'll find out what it takes to work as a Sales Analyst in Markets.
Competing as individuals, participants will formulate a short and concise trade idea in both Macro (Fixed Income or Foreign Exchange) and Equities.. Subsequently, trade recommendations will be assessed by members of the J.P. Morgan Markets team. The semi-final round will be held via zoom, and the final round will be in person and involve the top-performing individuals presenting to several of J.P. Morgan's key executives with a Q&A session to follow presentations. Finalists will receive feedback prior to the presentation.
The competition is open to:
- Students enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in their penultimate year graduating between April 2026 and December 2026 from Universities located in Australia
- Eligible candidates must be an Australian citizen or already have been granted Permanent Residency at the time of submitting their application

When the case study is released on 12 May 2025, you will also be sent a copy of the Terms & Conditions document for the competition. By completing the registration form and/or participating in the Competition, you unconditionally agree to all of these Terms & Conditions.
Winner of the JPMMSCC will be prioritized for final round interviews in our Markets Sales Summer Internships held in our Australia office.
